What you'll do
- Program, set up, and operate 5-axis mills on high-mix aerospace and defense parts
- Optimize toolpaths, fixturing, and cycle times for prototype through production
- Own first-article inspection and dial-in on new programs
- Collaborate with engineering on DFM and fixture design
What you bring
- 5+ years of CNC machining, 2+ years on 5-axis
- Fluent in Mastercam, HSMWorks, or equivalent
- Comfortable holding ±0.0005" on titanium, Inconel, and aluminum
- AS9100 / ITAR shop experience preferred
